Building a canvas with vector images
I am currently trying to rebuild a canvas with multiple layers that each change color. In order to reduce memory load, I was told it would be better to use vectors instead of rasters for the base images as well as apply a canvas fill operator directly to those base images rather than using the canvas composite/enable tint operator within the canvas editor.
I figured out how to apply the canvas fill operator to the base images and set up a working canvas using pngs, however, when I tried to do the same thing using vectors I am having trouble. They were uploaded as svg files but when I open the editor it seems to be blank and there isn't a canvas fill operator to apply, pdfs had the same result.
How would I change my canvas setup to accommodate the new vector base images while maintaining the same color changes?

Hi Julia Kaiser, can you please provide the .svg file that you are attempting to work with?
Thanks,
Michael
