Setting Up Your Support Community Account
You should have already received an email from us with access to our case-logging system.
Please check your spam folder if you have not yet received this email. 🤖 If it's still missing, please email our Success team at success@threekit.com.
Click on the link and follow the prompt to sign in within a week. If you are unable to do so, please reach out to our Success team at success@threekit.com to resend the link to your admin and any additional users who will need case access. You will need to set a password for your account.
Any time you log in, you will see a list of any cases under your account.
