UPDATE: Changes have been made to the graphical interface. Some items may no longer be located in the same place as noted in the screenshots below. For more information, see the release notes here. |
All changes done using the techniques below are persistent. If you wish to stop filtering or remove a search, you must do so manually.
Searching
In the Items, Global, and Assets tables, searching may be done by clicking the hamburger icon ( ) beside the "Name" column.
Type the desired search into the "Filter..." field. The table will automatically begin filtering as you type, showing only those items with the search characters.
Filtering
Each column in the Items, Global, and Assets tables may be filtered, by clicking the hamburger icon ( ) beside the column name.
Name | Tags | Publish State |
---|---|---|
![]() |
![]() |
![]() |
To filter either type in the search or click to select or unselect desired options from the list.
Pinning Columns
Within the filter window, the second icon over (hamburger) allows for the pinning of the chosen column. Columns may be pinned to the right or left.
Pinning a column moves it to the far side of the table and removes it from the scroll along the bottom. Unpinned columns will scroll 'behind' the pinned columns.
Example of "Pin Left":
Show/Hide Columns
The third icon in the filter window allows you to show or hide the entire column by clicking or unclicking the check mark. This may be done from the filter window of any column.
Reordering in Items, Attributes, or Assets
To reorder items in the table, click the name of the column you wish to order by.
The black arrow to the right of the column name will indicate whether the column is sorted in ascending or descending order.
Reordering in Item or Assets Editor
To reorder attributes or rules in the item editor or the assets editor, click on the drag-and-drop handle icon ( ) and drag the attribute or rule to the desired location.
