Application getting crash on page of Shopify Instance with Iphone 12 pro

Hi William Thompson,

We have created an app with Treble multi-product integration and integrated the application on Shopify so when we are opening Shopify page on Iphone 12 pro it is crashing the application because it is failed to load the resource sharing the screenshot for the same please let us know how to fix it.

    Hi vikram_s - this tends to happen when the experience is trying to load more resources than the phone can handle, it is a performance issue. Please check the network tab or the performance tools in the platform to see where the large resources are coming from. If you need additional guidance please open a case.

    Hi vikram_s, as I said this is a performance issue and I cannot diagnose it from just these screenshots, it was a suggestion to help you find out where the resource-heavy assets are. Please open a case for further assistance.
